AURACORELON TECH SL provides digital and software services including, but not limited to, custom web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile application development, UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing, cloud infrastructure, API development, cybersecurity audits, software maintenance, and business process automation. All services are delivered digitally — no physical products are involved.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request for services. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via email to confirm the scope of work, timeline, and payment arrangements. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each project. All prices are listed in euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AURACORELON TECH SL retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services. We reserve the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed upon at the start of each project. Work completed prior to cancellation may be invoiced proportionally. Refunds for digital services are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law.
6. Limitation of Liability
AURACORELON TECH SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or APIs that may affect the performance of delivered solutions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albacete, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
